model is wearing a size medium comfortably with a 7 1/4” wrist circumference but the cuff still sits comfortably higher or lower with a 1 inch difference in circumference

Small size is a 6" wrist circumference

Medium is for a 7 1/4 inch wrist circumference with an inch give +\- so it will fit a slightly smaller or bigger wrist

Large is for a 7 3/4" wrist circumference +/- 1 inch

XL is for a 8 3/4" wrist circumference +/- 1 inch
